Waikerie Motorcycle and Marine have been recognised for their sales excellence taking out the prestigious title at the 2011 Quintrex Dealer Awards
The family owned business has been in operation since 1998 and pride themselves on great customer service and providing the leading brands at affordable prices.
Cameron Wood, Quintrex National Account Manager comments on the win; “During a tough time in the marine industry, producing growth in sales is quite impressive and that’s why we recognise the achievements of Waikerie Motorcycle and Marine.”
The sales success, says Dealer Principal Damon Herrmann is down to the great weather and high flood waters they experienced last summer, greatly boosting the number of Quintrex boats sold.
“We’ve gone from having droughts and no water in previous summers to high flood waters in the summer just gone so that really got everyone out on the water,” Mr Herrman said.
“Conditions have been great over summer and we had immense success exhibiting at last year’s Riverland Field Day as well, so it’s certainly a pleasant surprise to win the award.”
